Does this run on my Smartphone?
Yes. The trading room software will now run on Apple or Android devices.
Do I need to install any software to run your Trading Room?
No. Our trading room runs in a browser, so you do not need to install any software on your computer in order for it to run. It will run on Windows, Mac and Linux using a variety of browsers. When you have subscribed to our service you will be provided with a link directly to the room which will open in a browser window. Make sure you have speakers connected as Happy will speak during times of economic news as this is much faster than trying to type everything down.
When should I access the room?
You may access the room any time you like. Happy is available during most market times, and is free to answer any questions you may have during the quite times in the Asian session generally, but will also answer questions during other sessions when no news is scheduled. If news is scheduled (please see Schedule), make sure you are logged into the room half an hour prior to any major news release as Happy will give a complete economic run down of the economic indicator for all members.
How do I ask a question?
You may ask any question of Happy regarding trading or technicals on charts by typing in the chat window of the room software. It will be answered for you in the general chat. We do not allow our members to speak in the room. This ensures it is clear for all members to hear Happy when he speaks. Please note that we do not allow private messaging from members to others.
When will Happy be in the room?
You will need to check the schedule to find out what times Happy will be present in the room. Happy is almost always in the room, and we often wonder whether he gets any sleep at all! J An email alert will also be sent out to all subscribers to tell you that Happy is now in the Trading Room if he is present at a time not on the schedule. These are good times for questions.
Do I need a live account with a specific broker to join the Trading Room?
No. You do not need a live account to join our Trading Room, nor do you need to use a specific broker. We do not get commissions from brokers and have a section in our forum regarding an overview of different brokers and suggestions for whom you may like to open an account with. This is added to by all members to give you a fair overview of member experience with the various brokers available. We strongly suggest that those of you who are new to Forex start with a demo account for a few months to begin with, then switch to a live account once you are satisfied with your progress.
Can I access the forum if I am not a member?
No. Forum access is reserved for full paying members only. As an active member, you can rest assured knowing that all participants are serious, respectful and helpful.
Why does Happy use a cat as his avatar?
We've given up trying to get him to use an avatar more fitting to an FX trader! He likes cats and rescues strays. Ask him when you become a member :)
Can I lose money trading Forex?
Forex is a risky business, and you have the potential to lose all of your money, hence we suggest those of you learning to trade, start with a demo account first or an account with a very small amount of money in it. Never trade on borrowed money!
What is Money Management?
Money Management is a strategy for maintaining your capital. It is the most important aspect of trading Forex and if you do not have a strategy we suggest you do not trade, as you have the potential to lose all your money in the market very easily and quickly. Happy provides you with his money management strategy and suggests you use this to either copy or develop further yourself. There are also many helpful members that will answer questions regarding their trading style and money management strategy as most people have a different strategy depending on their trading styles.
What if I forget my password?
You may reset your password on the link under the login section of the website. Your username and password give you access to the site, forum and Trading Room.
Is your site secure?
Yes. The site has an SSL Certificate to ensure that your details are kept encrypted and the trading room runs with encrypted data.
Can I take the same trades as Happy takes?
Yes, however Happy requires you to study his money management formula and understand this fully before you begin to follow his trades to ensure you know his strategy. You have the potential to generate large losses if you do not follow his trading strategy.
Does Happy trade a live account?
Yes! Every trade Happy takes is on a live account!
Do you offer a refund?
No. We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused services. This is to protect us from abuse of the system and to protect the quality of our service for our existing paying members. We offer the smaller time-frame trials for those of you wanting to try our service but not pay for a full month's subscription.
